Please join the Omaha Rollergirls in celebrating their 2nd Annual Black and Blue Ball. This night is completely geared towards celebrating our season accomplishments… with some rock and roll flair! After a year of sweat and stinky pads this night gives the girls a chance to dress up in their pretty lady dresses and come out for a night of awesome festivities with the people who make this all possible – OUR FANS and SPONSORS!
Doors open at 8:30pm at The Slowdown located at 729 N 14th Street. At 9:00, The Bishops, a fantastic Ska/Rocksteady/Reggae ban from Omaha (who happen to win our Battle of the Bands earlier this season) will be performing and promise to bring the night in to full swing. A live DJ will follow and you can rest assure that many of the Rollergirl’s favorite songs will be in rotation all night long (did someone say Cupid Shuffle?!).
And the Black and Blue Ball would not be complete without time to give out awards to the members of the ORG to celebrate their accomplishments and achievements this past season!
