Event Title: Laci Knight presents Knight Strong Training Camp in Omaha!
Location: (private location, must register to attend)
Time/Date: December 3rd – 10am to 5pm
Description: Laci Knight, Captain of Angel City’s Hollywood Scarlets (who are currently ranked #4 in the world) and Head of Training for Angel City Derby Girls, will be hosting a training camp in Omaha on December 3, 2016. The Omaha Rollergirls invite you to join us in this one of a kind training opportunity!
Training Details:
• 9am – Doors open
• 9:30am – Optional Off Skates Warm Up – Laci will take you through her Standard Warm up for Practice and Games. Bring your sneakers!
• 10am – 1pm – Training – Skills and Drills! Stops, Hitting, Jammer and Blocker specific skills and drills to help you be a better individual for your team.
• 1 – 2pm Lunch
• 2 – 4:30pm Training – Teamwork! Offense, Defense, and how to be good playing both at the same time.
• 4:30 – 5pm Q&A – Ask Laci anything! Off skates, on skates, and home life. Let’s discuss.
